We met her by chance in 2024, and she won us over with her charm. Since then, we've been stopping by Corte every day to buy Baghioni's sweets. Over the years, we've tried almost everything they make—cakes, bread, pain au chocolat, and all their savory treats. The quality is excellent, and everything is very artisanal, which shows in the small imperfections I'm happy to find. Her son is very kind and generous, and it's always a pleasure to chat with him.

Excellent fig and chestnut cakes and Fiadone

We stumbled into this pastry shop after seeing the cakes in the window, and we honestly didn't find anything better during our entire stay in Corsica! We highly recommend this place.

We discovered this cake thinking it was a canistrelli, but the lady at the bakery kindly replied, "It's a canistron, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside; it's almond cream." A word to the naysayers: always do your research before judging! Ours was delicious, and we even dipped it in our coffee... Best regards, everyone.

Excellent, despite what grumpy tourists might say. The sourdough bread is very good, and the homemade fig cake is delicious. A lovely, authentic bakery and pastry shop.
