I've been here a couple of times and have always had a great experience. The products are artisanal and delicious. I recommend anyone passing by to stop by and try them, sweet or savory. You won't be disappointed!

A really cute little bakery, with delicious, generously sized cakes and a truly excellent service.

We spent 10 days in Corte (Corti) and returned to this little pastry shop many times. Despite the gloomy atmosphere, the sweet and savory products are exquisite and of the highest quality. The price may seem a little high... €5 for a slice of chestnut cake, but the portion is generous, soft, and delicious, so the price is justified. We've tried others, but in our opinion, this is the best in the area. Finally, the gentleman who served us was very kind and even spoke Corsican (useful for Italian tourists). We hope to return soon!

As every year, we stopped by this place to pick up some sweet and savory treats. We bought quite a few things for our crossing and enjoyed them for a few days; everything stayed perfectly chilled. I highly recommend this place.

We just tasted some delicious cakes at this pastry shop. Moist hazelnut, fig, and chestnut cakes. It's been a very long time since I've eaten such good cakes. I can't even remember! We savored these extraordinary cakes with our eyes closed in pleasure. A true delight, succulent, incredible!

The cakes in the window were so tempting! We went inside and discovered a charming, old-fashioned pastry shop. We sampled the chestnut, fig, and hazelnut cakes, and also had a slice of Canistrelli. Everything was delicious and flavorful: the cakes were melt-in-your-mouth soft, and the Canistrelli was wonderfully crunchy. The thin, slightly burnt crust added a delightful caramel flavor. The gentleman I told that everything looked so good offered me an extra slice. If we hadn't been so far away, we would have gone back the next day to buy more.

We met her by chance in 2024, and she won us over with her charm. Since then, we've been stopping by Corte every day to buy Baghioni's sweets. Over the years, we've tried almost everything they make—cakes, bread, pain au chocolat, and all their savory treats. The quality is excellent, and everything is very artisanal, which shows in the small imperfections I'm happy to find. Her son is very kind and generous, and it's always a pleasure to chat with him.
