One of the best bars in Nantes!! You can go there without hesitation: drinks, food, atmosphere, and especially Guillaume's kindness and humor will win you over! Le Sauvage also carries menstrual hygiene products from the Jho brand, which is also a Nantes-based company. I highly recommend Le Sauvage for a get-together with friends, colleagues, or family.

04/07/2026: The restaurant doesn't look like much. Yet it's one of my favorites. The "exotic" flavors are very enjoyable. The staff is fantastic. In short, go for it!
11/06/2026: The restaurant's interior is a bit dated, with some Thai decorations. There is outdoor seating. A set meal consisting of an appetizer + main course or main course + dessert costs €16.50. This time we ordered Thoung Thong and Larmes de tigre (+€2), both with delicious dipping sauces that paired wonderfully with the food. It comes with white rice, and the beef with the sauce was very appetizing. You can choose your preferred doneness for the beef. Overall, if you're looking for Thai food, this is a place I would definitely come back to. It's not expensive; the total bill for two people was €41.

22/08/2026: I wanted to eat grilled food and it was very, very good, good service, welcoming and friendly staff, pure bliss.
11/07/2026: A kebab shop in Nantes, nothing exceptional except that they cook the meat directly over a wood fire.
