We went for the most Vietnamese dishes on the menu and the food was excellent. Service was wonderful too, informative, warm and friendly. We will be back! Highly recommended

English speaking (but get my with some French). The two of us had a wonderful meal. Ask them for recommendations so that you can sample everything they have to offer, it's worth it. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to all.

NEVER DISAPPOINTED! And that's true no matter what dish you order! Dining at Bienvenue à Hanoï is an experience of flavorful, generous, gourmet, and authentic cuisine, without fail! Absolutely love it! The service is top-notch, with excellent advice! We've only just started browsing the menu (we're going to try everything!) and the two or three dishes we've already tasted are EXCELLENT! The portions are generous and always perfectly seasoned!! We went there today and we're already looking forward to our next visit 👏🏽🤓

13/05/2026: Don't trust all the signs at the entrance... poor value for money. No drinks menu... starter with one scallop and two curried prawns. The fish wasn't cooked properly. The rest was okay, but expensive for what it was.
13/05/2026: This restaurant is widely recommended by guides like Le Petit Futé and Table des Chefs. However, we were disappointed with our meal. The flavors were classic and underseasoned. The scallop and shrimp appetizer contained one scallop and two shrimp. The fish was overcooked. The chocolate dessert was very heavy (buttercream?!). The price was high for the quality. Furthermore, the waiter seemed lost among the tables and didn't speak English. For a hotel restaurant of this supposed standard, this is a shame.

16/05/2026: Quality, cuisine, service, friendliness—everything is there, and the meals are perfect; you'll want to come back for more. Go without hesitation; I recommend it 100%.
05/05/2026: We used to come to this establishment. We chose the outdoor restaurant, LE GRILL. But what a disappointment! The service was slow and unprofessional. One of the waiters wasn't French and didn't understand. The waiters seemed lost. The aperitifs arrived after the starter. The bread...after the main course. The vinaigrette was industrial, and there was only a small dollop per person! And finally, our main course: an 80g steak!!!! And fries. 50 euros! All of that!
