La Terrasse sur Montmorillon

13/05/2026: Don't trust all the signs at the entrance... poor value for money. No drinks menu... starter with one scallop and two curried prawns. The fish wasn't cooked properly. The rest was okay, but expensive for what it was.

13/05/2026: This restaurant is widely recommended by guides like Le Petit Futé and Table des Chefs. However, we were disappointed with our meal. The flavors were classic and underseasoned. The scallop and shrimp appetizer contained one scallop and two shrimp. The fish was overcooked. The chocolate dessert was very heavy (buttercream?!). The price was high for the quality. Furthermore, the waiter seemed lost among the tables and didn't speak English. For a hotel restaurant of this supposed standard, this is a shame.
