The BEST! By far, this Japanese restaurant in Niort! Since 2014, I've been enjoying the sushi, maki, and dumplings from Saveur de Niort. Between their kindness and quality, this couple gives their all for impeccable service and incredibly delicious products! Thank you to them! A loyal customer for over 10 wonderful years now.

Great menus. The sushi is generous with lots of fish and large pieces of avocado, and not too much rice, so it's perfect. Edit in 2026: We are still just as satisfied with Saveurs de Niort; we order regularly. It's always very good with a good amount of fish and raw vegetables. The value for money is truly excellent. I don't understand the rating, which doesn't reflect my experience. Ready Made and Toyo aren't any better and are much more expensive.
