Exceptional value for money. The Pollen menu (€60) consists of four amuse-bouches, two small starters, a main course, a pre-dessert, a dessert, and four petit fours. The cuisine is indulgent, well-executed, and original. The corn-based starter was particularly delicious. The red mullet cooked in a light, crispy sauce was equally excellent. The non-alcoholic beverage pairing was very good. The service is very quick, while the setting is intimate and very pleasant. A great find, I highly recommend it!

After receiving a wonderfully warm welcome, I enjoyed a truly divine meal in this cozy Parisian haven. I opted for the five-course Apis menu, and oh, how I was not disappointed! Every dish, every bite was perfectly executed; refined and sophisticated... it was pure bliss! From the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, including perfectly cooked meats and fish, and the chef's signature dessert, everything was a delight. A huge thank you and congratulations to the team for being so attentive both in the service and in the creation and presentation of the dishes! I highly recommend it.

A superb experience at Nectar. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, with a real focus on flavor. Special mention goes to the yellowtail tataki and the lamb, which were excellent. Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere, nothing to complain about. I can't wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu!

We had a wonderful time with our family at this restaurant. It lived up to the standards of a gourmet restaurant, and even surpassed them in terms of comfort. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The cuisine was fresh and modern, the welcome was fantastic, the cocktails were great, and all at a reasonable price.

He didn't get up, barely said hello, and was glued to his phone—a real contrast to the quality of the restaurant. It's a shame because he's the one who gives the first impression. Wow! That single word could do it justice. Honestly, it's divine; I'll go back in a heartbeat. Each bite is a perfectly balanced and delicious blend of flavors. A huge bravo to the chef! The dishes keep coming, and when you think they're gone, there's always more. This wouldn't be possible without the warm and discreet service team. Thursday is the perfect day to enjoy this mellow and melodious atmosphere, thanks to the two artists who were there. I also tried a non-alcoholic cocktail: MEL. It was fantastic, perfectly made. I'll definitely be back! Note: No cashier was available when paying by credit card, and unfortunately, I didn't have any change.

A wonderful experience at Nectar Maison Mère! The hotel is beautiful, the room was comfortable and very clean. Dinner was delicious and breakfast offered a variety of high-quality products. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing food and cocktails. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Very reasonable price and excellent food. Went again a year later and enjoyed it just as much, great food at a very reasonable price for a tasting menu with drinks
