Saveurs Pomme de Terre sur Pontoise

22/08/2024: Pleasant setting, refined cuisine, an address that is worth the detour. Looking forward to the re-opening, being in the profession I know very well what happens in the kitchen. It's not 2/3 photos that won't make me come back. No one can lift a piano alone, much less a wok. Obviously we see what we saw unfortunately the people who are so stupid and paranoid created by this covid will have difficulty seeing beyond the end of their noses. But that's nothing, what you find in defense is much worse! Courage not to give up!
