This place is great, but the only problem is that the last time I ordered a pizza, the delivery driver kept asking me to pay even though I had already paid on the spot. It was quite frustrating until everything was sorted out. Could you please inform the driver about customers who have already paid before sending them out on their deliveries? Apart from that, I have no other complaints. Well done!

Very good pizza, I order regularly and tonight it was even better than usual. I don't know if you changed something (thinner crust? toppings?). In any case, a super well-balanced pizza, it was excellent!

The salmon pizza of the moment is delicious. A small suggestion: add a little more salmon and parsley butter.

Honestly, the best pizzeria in Roanne, without a doubt. From the first bite, you understand why Pizz & Cie has such a great reputation: the pizza is exceptional, with no crust, made with Emmental cheese, and no cheap, cheap fillings. The ingredients are always fresh, expertly prepared every morning, with clean and consistent flavors. Nothing is left to chance; you can feel the dedication and high standards behind every pizza! The quality is impeccable, from the dough and toppings to the baking (the ovens are impressively powerful for regular baking, which speaks volumes about the speed of the cooking process). Even during peak hours, the quality never drops. It's consistent, generous, and above all, incredibly delicious. But what's even more impressive is the service. It's simply exemplary. Orders are processed immediately, without any unnecessary waiting (Jérémie is specifically assigned to preparing orders on-site to better serve walk-ins). In less than 8 minutes, the pizza is ready. And for delivery, it's exceptionally reliable: when you order for a specific time, the pizza always arrives on time. Every single time. You can tell they're running a perfectly organized operation, with a solid team (no surprise, they have about fifteen people for each shift), which ensures speed, efficiency, and friendliness, even when it's busy. Behind this success are the three brothers: Jérémie, Clément, and Joris, who are very present and dedicated every day, starting at 8 a.m. for the preparation. A special mention goes to Carl, who has been there since the very beginning (2002) and is a true pillar of the business, responsible for the quality of every order, as well as to Willy and another Carl, the two head pizza chefs, for their consistency and professionalism. Fifteen of them really deliver! Whether it's takeout or delivery, Pizz & Cie is an absolute sure bet in Roanne. Fresh products, exceptional quality, and ultra-fast, reliable service: it has it all. 👉 An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and where I will definitely return. Especially during the upcoming World Cup in June 2026, to ensure proper service at every match!

The pizzas are very good, generally the crust is thin as I like it and the toppings are generous, not to mention the staff who have always been very pleasant both in store and during deliveries.
