Wow! A real slap in the face and a huge crush on this Toulouse restaurant! Words fail me to describe this unique experience. A warm, welcoming, luxurious and cozy place. An extraordinary chef and brigade who reinvent, mix and enhance each food for the pleasure of the eyes and taste buds. Impeccable room service in all circumstances! Well done !! .First star well deserved!

Congratulations to chef Guillaume and the teams for obtaining the first star in the 2024 Michelin guide. I would like to take this opportunity to report here my experience which dates from November 2023. We had an excellent dinner with a multitude of dishes which were very appreciated (see photos). We will come back with pleasure!

The Michelin announcements coming today make me think that I had not posted comments following the January lunch at Le Sept. We had the great chance to be at the Chef's table next to the kitchens and we had had a great time. The place is refined, the cuisine tasty and original, the chef very present. A unique gourmet experience to spend time getting together with friends. Thanks to the whole team. François (Port Louis)

A great discovery for this new Seven, having never been able to test the old one. Lunch with friends, a great welcome from the chef and his teams and original and truly delicious savory dishes. Downside however on the sweet side with a white chocolate pineapple dessert...uninteresting, fortunately made up for by a very pretty pineapple Tarragon ice cream and a trio of very well executed chocolate sweets. However, quite a big downside, shared by all the guests, really very, VERY light portions for a menu at 85 euros...coming out hungry for a restaurant that wants to be star-rated is clearly not possible for me, I don't think I'll come back for that, which is a shame because the setting is really very friendly and very nice and once again, the teams in the rooms are fantastic!

If you like seafood, don't hesitate to come and enjoy a superb experience, and if you are not a big fan, this is where you could rediscover this world!. A superb modern and sober decor which combines light wood, leather and fabrics. Young and very friendly service with caring Sarah and Léa the sommelier who will advise you with pleasure and clarity. A cuisine of extreme finesse in its design as well as its preparation and presentation in very scenographic dishes. Always a surprise discovery menu, which is regularly updated. During my visit I was able to enjoy in particular a mackerel with extraordinary meat juice, a superb brill with lentils and caviar and two very tasty and not very sweet desserts, one with citrus fruits and the other with three chocolates. The chef is very accessible and interacts with visible pleasure. I will just point out three details (but I'm quibbling): the concept of "urban" gastronomy seems a little useless to me, the service is a bit too scripted for my taste with a "narrator", and the Puy lentils are well worth the distant lentils. We had waited so long for this day, for its return, wondering if it could be better, questioning our memories and our judgment... it is a new experience, a new encounter and an evolution towards the development of its leader and everything he takes with him. It's 8 p.m., you enter this new place realizing that it's a little early, your mind and taste buds waiting for a culinary encounter. As a result, you come out 4 hours later without imagining what time it could be, such a delicious cocktail of cozy atmosphere, talented and warm team, this synchronized and fascinating sweep of cooking, preparation then service, sweeping you away from surprise discoveries made you forget time through these fantastic discoveries. A veritable sweep of urban gastronomy where we take pleasure in discovering the transparency of its chef and his team. You will have understood that we were once again won over, and we are happy to discover this new version of the Seven. THANKS

La Bonne Mere

04/04/2024: Magnificent moment on the terrace of this restaurant, very simple in appearance but full of charm, on the cliff by the sea in absolute calm, a very warm welcome by the owners, very fast service and great care for both us and our little one. dog, hearty and delicious dishes (whether meat or fish and all the accompaniments), everything very clean. We arrived there by chance but will not hesitate to come back if we spend a few days of vacation in the area!
