01/04/2026: I am writing this comment as a witness to a particularly shocking scene and verbal abuse. This past Wednesday, April 1st, while enjoying a quiet moment for lunch, I witnessed a situation that unfortunately reveals certain behaviors within our society. A woman, accompanied by her children, violently confronted several members of the restaurant staff, displaying profound contempt and making particularly derogatory remarks about their profession. I was genuinely shocked by such behavior from a responsible adult, who dared to insult the restaurant manager, who had come seeking a solution. Phrases such as, "I'm not talking to you because you're just a simple employee," were uttered with contempt. As a mere witness, I was deeply affected. I shudder to think of the impact this must have on these professionals who work tirelessly every day, often behind the scenes, to provide us with an essential service: feeding us. With this message, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their calm, professionalism and patience in the face of this type of unacceptable behavior and say thank you.
