Shalimar sur Paris

We really liked the rice, the cheese naan which is very large, the lamb curry, the byriani! Thanks to the waiters who were very attentive, asked us if everything was okay, and also replaced the practically empty carafe. We felt welcomed.

We discovered this restaurant by chance while visiting Paris via Passage Brady and seeing the people, the atmosphere and the good smell we decided to stop and what a surprise! The menu includes several dishes that are suitable for everyone, whether vegetarian or not. The prices are extremely affordable and the portions very generous. It was really a great pleasure to discover dishes that we are not used to eating, I really recommend the lassis (typical drink based on yogurt and fruit) and the vegetarian formula which makes an assortment of several dishes in small portions around a nan (Pakistani bread traditionally cooked with sauce). Thank you very much to the waitress and waiter who were extremely welcoming and who knew how to advise us and explain the history of certain dishes, always with a big smile. The service was also very fast, we took our time because we really liked the atmosphere but if you want to eat in around twenty minutes you totally can. I really recommend if you are passing through Paris or even if you live here, go for it!
