Sharmaji sur Paris

This is sophisticated Indian food, better than any I have had in the UK or the USA. Each dish is bursting with flavor and no two are alike. The Holy Cow mocktail is superb! The staff are well-versed in recommending which French wine to pair with which dish. N'hésitez pas, c'est un restaurant exceptionnel !

The dishes were tasty and quite different from what you find in other Indian restaurants in France. However, the vegetable side dish we ordered was a bit bland and didn't seem worth the price. Personally, we felt it was overpriced for what we ate.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy, and the herbs added a nice touch, making the meal very enjoyable. The service was also good. While the food was certainly delicious, I felt the pricing was a little overpriced. Also, since we ordered several dishes to share, I think the tables could be a bit larger.

Excellent food. Taste was so authentic. While visiting Paris, we went to Sharma Ji for lunch on the first day, as it was very close from our hotel. But after tasting the food, we realized we have to come back here often. Unfortunately, they were closed during the dinner that day, and entire next day. So, we again visited there the day after. I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit this restaurant while in Paris.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Without a doubt, the best Indian restaurant in Paris I've ever had the pleasure of trying! A truly excellent surprise from start to finish. Everything is absolutely delicious and, above all, incredibly flavorful: the dishes are generous, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! But what makes the experience even more exceptional is the quality of the service. The team is lovely, attentive, and truly goes out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful time. There were several of us, and we had requested several changes to the menu: everything was accepted with great kindness and flexibility. And since these changes inevitably took a little longer, they even offered us some snacks while we waited. A truly thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their customers. The restaurant itself is also very beautiful and inviting, which perfectly complements the experience. In short, an exceptional place that I recommend 200%! If you love Indian food, go for it without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

An excellent discovery. Delicate, refined, and sophisticated Indian cuisine, bursting with flavor. I especially loved the green curry chicken, which was incredibly tasty, and above all, the lentils with their surprising and delicious crispy coating. A truly wonderful meal; I highly recommend it.

We had the goan beef and the fish masala. This is one of the very good indian restaurants I’ve have been too, but it’s not your regular indian, it’s a nice modern western take on the dishes. The combination of tastes was very good. The only thing that needs improvement is the selection of alcohol free drinks, still quite limited.

I went on a Tuesday evening (with my family), so the atmosphere was quite calm and pleasant. The service was excellent: the staff was very helpful and took the time to give us good advice, especially if we weren't familiar with Indian cuisine. The portions were generous and the dishes were beautifully presented; it was a really great discovery. A special mention for the vanilla and rose ice cream, which was delicious. The only slight downside, in my opinion, was the lighting; it was rather dark, making it difficult to see what was on your plate or to take nice photos of the food. But I still highly recommend it.
