In a warm setting, we appreciated the finesse, freshness and diversity of the buffet dishes, which we find in a usual Japanese restaurant. However, some rolls were very original, which is a hallmark of the restaurant. The temperature of the room, a little cool at the start of the evening, was warmed up by a well-deserved crowd. The customers were respectful of the delicacy of the food.
