A very warm welcome, always friendly and efficient. In the restaurant, the dishes are classic but well-prepared, and the buffet is generous. The ingredients are good, and the value for money is excellent. The rooms are simple, functional, and above all, the location is quiet. Reasonable prices for the area.

I am unfortunately very disappointed with my 2-night stay at this Campanile hotel, and it's not the first time… We booked three rooms with friends, and the experience was generally very disappointing. I got the "least bad" of the three, with decent bedding, but my friends had completely sagging, damaged beds with a dip in the middle, making sleeping really uncomfortable. The establishment clearly needs serious renovation: there was mold in the bathroom, no water pressure in the shower, peeling exterior paint… it gives a rather regrettable impression of neglect. This is all the more unfortunate because the hotel is very well located, which could make it a good choice. The staff, however, remained pleasant and welcoming, which is a positive point worth mentioning. On the other hand, a major negative point concerns the room maintenance, which wasn't cleaned during our stay without us being informed, and the towels remained damp from one day to the next without being replaced. In summary, a disappointing experience overall. A complete overhaul is really needed to improve the quality of the stay.

We didn't mean to be unpleasant, given the staff's friendliness, but we spent two nights in a room with a strong smell of tobacco and didn't ask for a different room. Should we have?

The hotel is more than adequate, and the food is excellent. The all-you-can-eat options are a real highlight. Despite being located in the middle of an industrial area, it's very quiet. I highly recommend it!

The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is simple but with a wide selection, and the room rate was €40.50 this weekend, which is great for a 3-star hotel. I had a lovely weekend and would gladly return.
