A wonderful discovery! The hanger steak with tomato sauce was excellent: very high-quality meat, tender and flavorful. I'm delighted with my purchase, even if the price is a little high; it's definitely worth it for such a good product. This is a place I'll keep close at hand, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good meat.
