Very good pizzas but staff sometimes lacking in professionalism.

To the management: No complaints about your pizzas / No complaints about the service, quite the opposite, until our last order and our unpleasant experience. The delivery driver called ahead to ask us to come down to the ground floor of our building, saying, "I'll be there in 2 minutes." We ended up waiting for over 10 minutes for him to arrive without any notification. The service that the customer provides to the delivery driver (to your pizzeria) is not something we are entitled to. There is no question of reversing the roles. This unacceptable situation will not happen again. If the delivery driver doesn't want to come to our home, we will do without your delicious pizzas. Mr. Roche.

This is our first time ordering here. Amazing pizza! Light and crispy, generously topped with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it!
