Restaurant with one Michelin star at the top. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and warm. The setting is very comfortable with large tables for two people, a side table for handbags and tables well spaced for more privacy. The appetizers were excellent, with each bite offering a burst of different flavors. The shrimp starter was refreshing, perfectly seasoned and well portioned. The piece of Aubrac beef was excellent, tender and juicy, and the transparent ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and beef cheek was exceptional. I didn't like the Jerusalem artichoke as much, but that's a matter of personal taste. The cheeses were good, the pre-dessert made from kiwi and kiwi sorbet was refreshing, while the dessert made from mandarin, white chocolate and chestnut cream was a successful and delicious combination. To finish in style, the sweets and sweets were perfect, leaving you always wanting to savor every bite. A meal worth every euro spent.

Commande de produits à emporter pour Noël. Bûche de Noël et foie gras cuisiné ont été des produits délicieux. Une découverte qui nous a tous ravis.

Lors de notre périple de fin d'année, nous nous sommes arrêtés à Nîmes, déjeuner au SCAB . Ce fût une magnifique découverte et une pure merveille !!!!! De notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, tout fût parfait !!!! Dans un cadre sobre à la décoration raffiné, à l'ambiance tamisée, votre table est baignée d'un halo de lumière tel une scène de théâtre accueillant un spectacle culinaire. Le temps c'est suspendu, les plats se sont succédés, laissant à chaque service le temps de nous conquérir. Des saveurs aux cuissons , des dressages aux assaisonnements tout est parfait. Le chef, Damien Sanchez et son équipe nous ont fait voyager au pays des merveilles. Un pur bonheur. Nous vous remercions pour ce magnifique moment passé dans votre établissement.
