Very good dinner at Skab. Nice service, the lamb, oyster dish and various creative sorbet were excellent. A bit more reserved on the fish and soufflé, but overall a great dinner !

An absolutely superb experience at Skab. Everything was impeccable, from the welcome to the last bites. The food: Exquisite, precise, and creative gastronomic cuisine. Each dish is a visual and gustatory delight. The service: Flawless. The team is professional, attentive, and exceptionally courteous, without ever being stuffy. The ambiance: A refined atmosphere that elevates the culinary experience. Absolutely nothing to criticize; the execution is flawless from start to finish. We loved our lunch at Skab. Every single dish was extremely good, balanced, and the flavors layering was impeccable. In fact, we enjoyed food at Skab better than 2-Michelin starred Alma in Lisbon, which was our prior Michelin-starred restaurant experience (almost exactly a year prior). We had the Menu Plaisir. Highly recommended! It was also a nice gesture that the chef-owner Damien Sanchez took the time to visit all the tables and make sure that all his guests were satisfied.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. There was just a slight hiccup upon arrival; we waited a little while for the wine, but the rest of the meal was so excellent that it was a minor detail. Many thanks to the Chef for the thoughtful touch for my brother's birthday.

The game menu was excellent, especially in the private room, just like in previous years. I also appreciate the summer and winter menus. Thank you to Séverine Sanchez for her warm welcome and to Damien Sanchez for his culinary expertise. I'm really looking forward to summer to enjoy the terrace.

03/04/2026: Friendly welcome, good food, quiet and welcoming place.
23/03/2026: We came to eat on a Sunday evening (election night) on the street where the town hall is located... The atmosphere was certainly lively! 😂 We were in Nîmes for a funeral and chose Le Ménestrel after searching for good restaurants in Nîmes. Well, it wasn't just good, no! It was excellent in every way! 👍 Not to mention the kindness of the owners. 😀 We'll definitely be back! 😉👌
