Delicious crepes and excellent ice cream! The welcome is always warm. Thank you to Nour and Soraya for their kindness, smiles, and professionalism. However, it's truly regrettable to see the staff working without air conditioning, especially on the French Riviera where the heat is intense for much of the year. I hope management will quickly improve their working conditions.

3 stars for the ice cream, which is very, very good. However, the customer service is disastrous. The staff are aggressive and pushy, forcing you to choose your flavors very quickly, with no time to think because you're under pressure. It's a shame because the ice cream tastes great, but the staff absolutely do not encourage me to return. Amorino is nearby.

12/06/2026: Stunning location, 1st class service, wonderful Sisley spa. LOVED!
17/05/2026: My wife and I spent four nights here and celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary. The experience was incredible starting with an amazing upgrade thanks to American Express travel! Our beautiful suite and private patio made it almost difficult to leave our room! We did leave and enjoyed an excellent and extensive breakfast buffet and amazing restaurants on premise. The 10 minute walk to the quaint town of Cassis was fun and convenient for great food and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to make certain we wanted for nothing. We WILL be back!
