We had a reservation for 7 pm. We arrived 5 minutes early and were kindly allowed in. The service was provided by a very pleasant young man, who was warm and very polite. We ordered the seafood galette, the japchae, and the pork on a hot plate. The portions were generous, and everything was absolutely delicious! We were even able to take home what we hadn't finished. The restaurant is quiet and pleasant, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

A great little spot in the 14th arrondissement. They have set menus with excellent value for money and the portions are generous. Highly recommended.

Khao Thaï

22/03/2026: A last-minute change of plans led us to this restaurant last night. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the dishes we ordered (spicy shrimp soup and peanut curry beef), a real treat! We appreciated the quick and friendly service. It's sometimes hard to know what to expect in very touristy areas. I recommend Khao Thai without hesitation!

10/03/2026: I ordered a TooGoodToGo from this restaurant, which I hadn't known about despite living in the neighborhood for years. What a great find! I loved the dish—generous portions and delicious! I'm leaving a review because the restaurant isn't visible from the street, but it's definitely worth climbing those few steps. The decor is lovely, the staff seems very friendly, and the food is excellent. I'd definitely go back to eat in sometime!
04/02/2026: Delicious bibimbap and a lovely place, however, we waited 35 minutes and were served last even though we ordered the same dishes first. I recommend it if you have time to spare 😊
