We came for dinner Saturday evening with friends who are regulars. We arrived a little late (we had a reservation), but were greeted with a smile and kindness. We started with a mixed platter for two, which was very generous. The food was high quality. We had shrimp noodles in a spicy sauce. A very good Asian restaurant in Saint Maximin.

The service was very pleasant and quick. The mixed platter was very good, as was the ravioli soup. The dining room was a bit cold, and the decor could use updating to create a better atmosphere. Otherwise, the food is good, and I recommend it.

Le BAMBOU

20/07/2026: Passing through the region on vacation, we ate there last night. The food was absolutely delicious; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes were flavorful, perfectly seasoned, generous, and carefully prepared. The seafood and vegetables were cooked to perfection! We found it by chance after a Google search, but we'll definitely be back before we leave, this time just for the pleasure of enjoying it again!
