Song Heng sur Paris

I've always liked pho, and I visited because there were so many reviews from Koreans and they were all so good! It was tasty, but I wouldn't go as far as the hype others left in their reviews... it was just a decent, average pho place. The shop is small, so there is a wait, but the owner seats everyone tightly together, even if they aren't with a group, so the line moves pretty quickly! I always add cilantro when I eat pho, but they gave me something that looked like cilantro in the picture, so I naturally assumed it was cilantro and ripped it off to put in the soup. My friend and I wondered if the cilantro had grown wilder since we were abroad, but it turned out to be mint. They said they don't have any cilantro on hand... I never even thought of adding mint, but it's actually not bad! (The one star I didn't get is because there was no cilantro.) If you're traveling and like pho, I recommend giving this a try!

There's a limited number of seats, so you might have to wait, but the turnover is fairly quick. I had the pho, and the soup was delicious! The meat was cooked perfectly. It would have been even better if the side dish had been cilantro instead of mint.

202607 Friday, 11:05 AM. No one was in line, we were first! We ordered one soup and one dry dish, both were delicious! The small bowls were more than enough. The restaurant was air-conditioned! The rice noodle soup was very refreshing; we drank a lot and didn't feel thirsty in the afternoon. The meat was just average, not particularly tender. The beef balls were delicious. The bo bun had a great sour seasoning and lots of meat and fried spring rolls. Many people come for takeout; the business is very good. However, the table turnover rate is quite high, and they often share tables, so if there's a queue, the wait shouldn't be too long. Satisfied!

The rice noodles are delicious. They suit the Korean palate well. I am leaving this review to help others, as I benefited from the reviews I read.

A tiny place that serves two things in two sizes. Be ready to sit beside strangers and slurp up some noodles. Not to mention the amazing beautiful old building it’s in!

The shop is small, but the food is delicious and has a cozy atmosphere. Unless you're going all the way down to Place d’Italia where the masters of Parisian pho are gathered, this place has a great location and is tasty. It's a shame the opening hours are short though; I wish they were open 24 hours lol. Would definitely visit again💯

There are limited seats and you may have to wait. The soup is refreshing and not too oily, the rice noodles are chewy, the beef and ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. The only downside is that there is no basil, but overall it is good value for money. I would visit again if I have the chance.

Air-conditioned restaurant Two dishes to choose from and it's always busy, which is a good sign. They've chosen to excel in these two dishes, which you never get tired of. Very good value for money. I prefer to get takeout.

This is a place where you can enjoy a warm bowl of pho when it's cold. I arrived at 2 PM and waited 20 minutes before being seated. Honestly, the taste falls short compared to what you'd find in Vietnam, but I think it would be hard to find pho of this caliber in Paris. If you come without high expectations, it is a satisfying meal.

Best Bo bun I've ever had. Be sure to arrive early as there's a queue and limited seating!
