An excellent place to spend a pleasant time with friends, family, or even for a more relaxed dinner. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and laid-back, which immediately makes you want to settle in and enjoy the evening. A big thank you to Sergio for his exceptionally warm welcome, professionalism, and good humor. You truly feel welcome from beginning to end. The pizzas are excellent, generous, perfectly topped, and prepared with quality ingredients. The menu offers a great selection, and everyone can find something they like. An address I wholeheartedly recommend for sharing a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I will gladly return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – The welcome, atmosphere, and quality of the pizzas all delivered. A quiet place with impeccable service. The dishes were refined and delicious. I had the linguine with truffle and morel mushrooms: a real treat! And don't even get me started on the tiramisu, both classic and pistachio! The place is cozy and pleasant.

AMAZING! We started with the Burrata “Pugliese” the balsamic reduction is so good you want to lick the plate, but fortunately they bring you a bread basket and you can soak it up, if you wish. I have had virgin mojitos everywhere in Paris and this is always well balanced, refreshing, -and in my opinion, the best! Their signature “Soprano Salad” is incredible. Our family and friends that have come visit, tell us they dream of having the salad. We have it delivered at least once or twice a month, it’s a complete satisfying meal. If you want dinner and a show and delight your appetite Penne Gloria will have you in the clouds. They literally make the cream dressing in front of you with a round of cheese. The vegetarian in our family usually gets Penne al Pesto Genovese because it’s unique and creamy plus every little pine nut is a burst of surprise in your mouth that takes it to the next level (be aware that you salt the pastas at your own taste). However, last night they got the vegetarian pizza and you really cannot go wrong with their pizzas which are always delicious and ingredients are super fresh. People make reservations just to come have a pizza. We had family visiting from America last night and my niece wanted to go to Sopranos because her brother told her it was the best Steak he had in his life! She did not leave a morsel behind and indeed was very happy with the steak. Sopranos is picture perfect at the foot of the church in the town center and super close to the train station. We love the location and the ambiance- weather you sit on the patio overlooking the church, inside with their soft velvet seats and warm lights or in the back under the skylight, you will have an incredible experience. Plus if you drive you don’t have to stress about parking. But the real gem is the staff, they are the BEST service you can find in the region! Do be aware that after 9pm on the weekends they have music and the place turns into a vibrant hangout for a crowd younger than me. So book in advance and go at 7pm if you wish to have a quiet and peaceful meal. And the chef does not salt things but you can do it to your liking and you will have a much better experience.

No complaints about the service, but the dessert took too long to arrive. It was nice, but too noisy!
