I've been several times and it's always the same! The food is excellent, kudos to those who work in the kitchen and do a fantastic job. However, it's clear that the service and welcome are seriously lacking in professionalism. The reception is downright frosty, no smiles, nothing. It just goes to show that it only takes one person to ruin everything.

The welcome was warm, the food was very good, and the prices were affordable for all budgets.
