Superb day with a special mention for the salt cave 🤩🤩

Visited Tuesday, August 25th. The pool is very nice but absolutely filthy... We could feel debris under our feet and the waterline was almost brown... The showers weren't clean. The "ice room" never worked (where was the ice dispenser? Several of us wondered the same thing). The restaurant: 2 hours and 10 minutes to eat one main course and one dessert. There were about fifteen covers for three servers and an interminable wait. We really regret having to wait so long for a fish and a pasta dish; we could have enjoyed the spa more. The outdoor jacuzzi was also dirty; there was a greasy deposit in the water. As for the garden, we wanted to get a soda and were told it was forbidden to consume it outside; otherwise, we had to sit at a table. However, there were tables outside, and there were cans and glasses placed on them next to other customers. The menu indicated that we could order afternoon tea between 3 pm and 6 pm. Arriving at 3 pm, we were turned away because the kitchen wasn't ready until 3:30 pm. A rather unpleasant person, not the waitress with glasses but the other one who had also served us at our table... not very friendly. It might be helpful to put up a small sign indicating that guests shouldn't stay longer than a certain amount of time, as the jacuzzi was reserved for over an hour by a group of five without anyone else being able to use it. The reception staff and the waiter, however, were very pleasant and friendly. The hammam and sauna were also very good, as was the salt cave.

The scrub, wrap, and massage package (one area requested) was a very pleasant experience. The professional who took care of me was exceptional, and the treatments were truly excellent. The spa entry package included a fantastic hammam, and the cold water bucket at the exit was perfect. Showers and toilets were available everywhere and were clean. A minor criticism concerns the pool and jets; I felt there were a few missing, and also more places to sit in the pool to enjoy the jets and whirlpools. The meal at Hangar #1 was excellent (tagliatelle with pesto and burrata). The panna cotta was delicious with its little edible flower. At 4 pm, we returned to Hangar for afternoon tea, and again, the wait was a bit long. We waited alone for 25 minutes before someone came to take our orders. On the plus side, the service was quick. The waffles and crepes were very good.

Disappointment... For 10 years we've been coming as a family or as a couple, and we've always been delighted and left feeling happy and relaxed... My husband and I came yesterday, and our first disappointment was the lack of available sun loungers (understandable given how crowded it was). I asked if we could bring in two chairs from outside so we could relax comfortably inside, but the lifeguard told us it was forbidden! I had to insist before he nonchalantly agreed... Second point: the pool wasn't clean. The waterline was visible and salty, and there was even mold around the edge of the pool... Third point: the water jets were weak... The food was disappointing. My husband ordered pork ribs, which were 90% fat and bone... And we had to ask for coffee and dessert; we were forgotten... I'm giving it 4 stars out of politeness and support, hoping for a better experience next time... €170 for the day is quite a lot.

We came to spend the day as a couple to celebrate my husband's birthday. We received a very friendly welcome with good explanations for the day. The only problem was the aquagym classes, which were a bit noisy all morning in the pool. On the other hand, the restaurant was impeccable, with super waitresses and waiters who were welcoming and smiling, and we ate very well.

Relaxing. Great food! Wonderful hospitality. Deep tissue massage was amazing! Will return again.

A very good experience for me, as I had never been there before. I only used the spa package. The welcome was very warm; they provide a bathrobe and towel in a small bag that you keep with you for the day, along with a key for a locker. The information provided is clear and helpful. The various activities available are excellent. The price is very affordable. Unlike traditional spas, you pay for the entire day. I stayed for 7 or 8 hours and paid €37. Sébastien

Amazing spa! You pay an entrance fee and you can stay all day, which is pretty rare! It has everything you need, the spa is clean and beautiful. And I had the best massage of my life there… I'll definitely go back.

Hello, very disappointed with the baby swimming program. In particular, the instructor "Luca" didn't greet us, didn't offer any explanations, didn't suggest anything... We only learned much later that it was supposed to be independent swimming, but the first time we went, we were expecting a lesson. We waited and waited without understanding the purpose or the exact concept. Despite several visits, this instructor has always disappointed us with his lack of politeness and professionalism. It's very negative. What's the point of all the toys and activities in the pool if we can't offer them to our child, who was very curious and fearless? From now on, we won't come when it's his turn.
