Starbucks sur Chessy

Thank you Cyril, a top team member who knows his work, the products and good advice but who is also smiling, polite and friendly! He is there for the customers and it shows, people like we would like to have more of in the business! Thanks to him!!!

On arrival there were two lovely boys who served my boyfriend and I some freebies which was lovely, if only they served us inside! The young boy taking my order, not much older than myself couldn't even greet us with a smile. He was very very condescending and then seemed he was a lot more friendly of those who spoke full french. I saw him interact with another woman who was english and I saw he gave her the same attitude an experience. He rushed us and turned to my boyfriend and said "is that all" in a manor in which i was shocked. If you want to work in customer service, especially a tourist spot then you have to be prepared to deal with tourists and not give them cheek, especially when they are not disrespecting you. The lady who gave us our order when it was prepared was so lovely and gave us a smile and said thank you. I appreciate that she is a gem! But yeah the young boy really just ruined my mood and experience as I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome by his tone and mannerisms. Coffee was beautiful :)

The food and coffee is like any Starbucks. It wasn't really clean, but I thought the worst thing was that you are not allowed to use the toilet as a customer. We went out to eat several times and were not allowed to use the toilet a single day. 👎🏼

An incredible moment with exceptional service, I have never been so well received at this Starbucks. I thank Cyril for his generosity, his advice and his kindness, an incredible smile and an outstanding salesman. Little black spot, Jade who doesn't smile, and who stares at the customers. Always very busy, the wait is sometimes difficult among all the foreign tourists who never know which drink to choose, but it's worth it... The baristas provide very good advice and always know how to suggest the right topping for your refreshment.

Very nice home. We went there right after Disney closed. Very friendly and efficient employees, they have courage. Just a small downside on the fact that the menu is not displayed on the screens nor otherwise so it is very complicated to choose

I was received by Thomas who showed an exceptional welcome and great courtesy which really made me happy! Politeness, welcome, kindness, advice! Rarely have we been welcomed like this and it's a pleasure, thanks to Thomas for his good humor!!

A good breakfast before going to the Park! With XXL coffees in huge mugs to start the morning with energy, pastries and cakes, sandwiches and much more. We love Stabucks! The attention of the employees was very good and the place was very nice with some Disney items for sale. Quite fast service, just note that the cleanliness of the room should be improved for an impeccable experience.
