A Starbucks just the way we like them, after a long day at Disney, what a pleasure to sit down and enjoy a good refreshment 😁

Doesn’t accept the Starbucks app, apparently it needs one from France. It’s 2026, why do we have isolated “points” for Starbucks based on geographical location despite that the products are the same. Inconsistency in the drinks service, although I suspect that this isn’t the staff fault.

We just got back from a week at Disneyland. Every morning started with three mozzarella sandwiches and three café lattes with oat milk in Grande. We paid €30 each time, which was excellent value for money. Everyone who served us was friendly and spoke really good English, and anyone who says there's no Disney merchandise is blind! There was more than enough. We always bring back at least one Disney Starbucks mug. The sandwiches kept us full until at least 3 pm – so for seven hours. The coffee was always delicious, too. A little more cleanliness would be great, but it's really not a big deal. Otherwise, we're very satisfied; the prices are okay for a location in Disneyland. Yes, there's a wait, but oh well, you just get up 15 minutes earlier if you want to take advantage of that magical extra time. The Starbucks also opens earlier than advertised during the summer season.

Yesterday, around 12:40 PM, inside the Disney Village store, I accidentally broke a mug I had just bought. The staff immediately came to check on me and kindly offered me a new one as a replacement. I was so touched and grateful for this incredible gesture. I was so sorry that I left in a hurry, but I'm sure even the coffee in that store must be the best. A huge thank you to the team for their exceptional kindness and professionalism!

Spacious seating area with plenty of chairs. Service is quick despite the long queue. However, table cleanliness is below average.

The place to find your comfort coffee, just like at home. You know they'll make it the same as always and it won't disappoint. There's usually a queue an hour before entering the park.

The staff are rude and unhelpful. They gave my order to someone else because 3 orders same name. Given take away cups when eating and drinking in. Service in hotels was much nicer

I was served by Mathilde. She gave me excellent advice! I loved my drink (Iced Opera). She even came to see me later to ask for my feedback. Fantastic service, incredibly kind and professional! Thank you, Mathilde, I'll be back.
