I was greeted by Ylies, who is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and welcoming, and gives excellent advice on drinks. I came twice in one month, once alone and once with a friend, and I always encountered the same person, who is always true to herself. Her colleagues are also very friendly and genuinely take the time to advise and understand the customers' needs. There's plenty of space to relax until late in the evening. I'll be back very soon to enjoy myself again.

The branch in Calle Fuencarral has a nice seating area right on the pavement of this busy street.
Their paper cups are horrible. My hot latte started dripping through the glued edge, twice!

I do have to say this is the best Starbucks I‘ve ever been to! Every Starbucks I‘ve visited was dirty, overcrowded and had unmotivated workers. I like to customize my coffe and this is the first time, I was able to do that without being looked at or laughed at! The baristas are super nice and they even write notes on your coffe! 10/10!

At Starbucks and many other places, I've tried pretty much everything on the menu, and the thing is, yeah, you stop at a Starbucks just like any other place.

Starbucks is fairly clean, but nothing special. Large selection of cakes and sweets. Hot and cold drinks are very good. Ideal for breakfast before heading to the park. Hours are fine. Quick and easy ordering. Friendly staff. Very good overall.

I just ordered a Mango Dragon and when I finished my drink, my glass was three-quarters full of ice cubes... I find this amount very excessive; I paid €6.45 for my drink to get ice cubes. I'm very disappointed.
