Ordering our coffees online was a really great experience overall. The coffees themselves were excellent, and we really enjoyed them. The staff was very friendly and was happy to speak English whenever we asked for assistance. A Starbucks coffee is definitely a must-have whenever I visit Disneyland in Paris.

I've been going to different Starbucks for several years now, and I was sad to see that the drinks had become so incredibly sweet ><""
💚💖But I wanted to thank you because the pistachio latte you served me was really delicious ^^ ✨️✨️ And the atmosphere was very pleasant too.
(Of course, to get a seat you shouldn't come during peak hours, but that's the same everywhere.)

Nothing extraordinary.
The scrambled eggs weren't hot enough.
The dining room cleaning isn't consistent, so the recycling bins and reusable dishes are overflowing very frequently. The service was fairly quick, it's a shame you have to go through a refrigerator to get your food to the register.

I was greeted by Ylies, who is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and welcoming, and gives excellent advice on drinks. I came twice in one month, once alone and once with a friend, and I always encountered the same person, who is always true to herself. Her colleagues are also very friendly and genuinely take the time to advise and understand the customers' needs. There's plenty of space to relax until late in the evening. I'll be back very soon to enjoy myself again.

The branch in Calle Fuencarral has a nice seating area right on the pavement of this busy street.
Their paper cups are horrible. My hot latte started dripping through the glued edge, twice!

I do have to say this is the best Starbucks I‘ve ever been to! Every Starbucks I‘ve visited was dirty, overcrowded and had unmotivated workers. I like to customize my coffe and this is the first time, I was able to do that without being looked at or laughed at! The baristas are super nice and they even write notes on your coffe! 10/10!
