Our filter coffee came out quite bitter, but Priscia handled it beautifully, she proactively offered a fresh one and made the whole thing feel effortless. What could have been an uncomfortable moment ended up being a highlight of the visit. She’s exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back.

Why even bother using Deliveroo and other platforms if you don't process orders? I waited 30 minutes and had to cancel my order because they weren't processing it on their end… A huge waste of time.

I highly recommend Starbucks Faubourg de l’Arche! ☕✨ The place is lovely, but above all, the staff is exceptional: always smiling, welcoming, and very attentive. It really makes a difference and makes you want to come back. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness!

09/03/2026: Hello, I had an excellent stay at this aparthotel, ideally located just steps from La Défense. The establishment is pleasant and the staff is very welcoming, attentive, and responsive. I would particularly like to thank Anna, whose kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. Her dedication to service and availability deserve to be highlighted. Thanks also to Amelie and the entire team for their warm welcome.
08/03/2026: Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway close to public transport. The hotel is undergoing minor renovations, which didn't detract from the stay. Excellent welcome from the staff. A very pleasant stay!
