I wanted to share my excellent experience during my visit. I was served by Clara, who prepared my order with great care and professionalism. My request was particularly specific and included several details, yet everything was perfectly as requested. Beyond the quality of the service, I particularly appreciated her attentiveness, patience, and customer focus. You can feel a genuine desire to do things well and meet expectations. Thank you, Clara, for your professionalism and efficiency. It's always a pleasure to be welcomed and served by people so dedicated to their work. I will gladly return.

The gentleman present today, with his beard and braids, was particularly kind, smiling, courteous, and very professional. His welcome was warm and pleasant, and he showed genuine consideration for those present. Conversely, the woman with a ponytail and a nose ring was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. Her demeanor was cold, without a smile, punctuated by sighs, and her manner of speaking to her colleague was particularly curt and disrespectful. Such behavior is regrettable in a profession that requires patience, courtesy, and interpersonal skills. If she no longer enjoys her work, it might be best for her to consider a profession more in line with her aspirations.

Comfortable seating and excellent service

Our filter coffee came out quite bitter, but Priscia handled it beautifully, she proactively offered a fresh one and made the whole thing feel effortless. What could have been an uncomfortable moment ended up being a highlight of the visit. She’s exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back.

Why even bother using Deliveroo and other platforms if you don't process orders? I waited 30 minutes and had to cancel my order because they weren't processing it on their end… A huge waste of time.

I highly recommend Starbucks Faubourg de l’Arche! ☕✨ The place is lovely, but above all, the staff is exceptional: always smiling, welcoming, and very attentive. It really makes a difference and makes you want to come back. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness!

The location is great and the setting is nice, but not really an ideal place to work; it's quite noisy. The service is average.
