10/12/2025: 45 minutes to get my order is a bit long for a fast food place... And I'm not complaining, some people who arrived after me left without eating after waiting for over an hour. There was a mistake in my order (wrong burger). Despite the crowd, the staff were courteous and professional, and they offered me a solution to rectify the error. Thank you to them. The burgers were good.

09/12/2025: A clean agency with a fast, friendly, and professional team. I noticed a slight issue with the flavor of my cola, and they replaced it immediately. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews.
