Best Starbucks in Paris...I go every day, so I've really gotten to see how they operate, how management trains baristas and how they treat customers. Everyone is greeted with a smile and good service, even when they're swamped with customers, which they often are. It's a neighborhood destination for students, locals and tourists. If you want to feel welcome, come here.

Avoid at all costs. I've always ordered the Cherry Pomegranate. Less ice, less sugar. But this time it's disappointing. Less sugar doesn't mean 0% sugar. There are no dried fruits, and I wasn't told beforehand. The Strawberry Açaí has ​​an alcohol taste (unlike other Starbucks drinks).

Closes far too early for the lively neighborhood: cinemas and burger restaurants next door. Customers are often forced to leave at 9 pm even though they want to stay. Your response is automatic…

I ordered their caramel macchiato and was punished; there was no vanilla in my drink, and the milk was so frothy that the caramel on top was completely gone (it was already mixed in). Nothing is right. I'm a loyal customer of this brand, but this kind of result is just disappointing. I'll come back another time to see if it was a mistake on your part or not.

Friendly staff, attractive products, good prices, but limited availability. The floor is a workspace, while Paris is full of free libraries adapted for people using their computers. It's poorly ventilated, smells of sweat, and isn't cleaned. A shame.

Excellent service. Batista Aliya advised us on what we wanted to drink based on our mood (which is extremely rare at Starbucks) and was incredibly friendly. She was also very smiley, which was a real pleasure. Thank you to her for brightening our day!

For some time now, I've been coming here because of the location and the consistent quality of this chain's products, and undoubtedly, the comfort of finding the same rather pleasant setting (despite the occasional homeless person) that's also conducive to work. However, I remain disappointed by the sometimes rather unfriendly employees; laughing and whispering amongst themselves—as was the case today—without being attentive or kind to their customers. Furthermore, the restrooms are out of order most of the time, and it seems like they have been for years.

A huge thank you to Merveille for the excellent service! I will be back.
