Starbucks sur Toulouse

Nice atmoshere inside at the little tables. Clean toilet.

I go there for a cappuccino every now and then if I have to wait for someone or between one appointment and another, I don't like the quality of their products especially the desserts are full of butter and sugar. However, the staff is always very friendly.

There are serious problems at this Starbucks... SO : • No effective ventilation system (non-functional air conditioning). Today there is heavy rain (flooding) and a relatively low temperature. I ask to close the door: “Sorry, management doesn’t want to.” Pardon ? A joke? And don’t tell me it’s “exceptional,” because that’s what it’s been since the opening. 🙃 • The cinnamon rolls are of very poor quality… why are they not the same as those from Jean Jaurès or the same as all Starbucks in France? I'm having trouble understanding... maybe a conditioning problem? 🤷‍♂️ Otherwise, the morning staff (a young woman and a young man) were really great. Smiling, welcoming, friendly, staff totally adapted to the “Starbucks” atmosphere. 👍

Too bad there are no windows. It's special but the products and services are good. The hygiene of the toilets was average.

I took the Chai Latte as I’m always doing in Starbucks around the world, but this time was a bad experience. Too much sugar, which I’ve never experienced before. I went back and they happily changed it and explained that because I took a bigger size it contained more sugar. Perfect !

I don't really like Starbucks, it's definitely not my favorite coffee. but I can only say that the staff are very pleasant and polite, that's a huge plus, well done. that's why 5 stars, but I don't respect the coffee

The best Starbucks in Toulouse. The team is just great, I come regularly with my boyfriend and the team is always great. I recommend 100%
