I'm a very loyal customer at the Starbucks Esquirol, but for several weeks now, there's very often no soap available. It's time to replace this soap dispenser, which hasn't worked for a very long time, especially with the return of viruses.

The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to advise us, provided there isn't too long a queue, of course. They have a great sense of humor and are good conversationalists. It's close to my home, so obviously, I'll be going back.

A fantastic first experience! Starbucks servers are usually so nonchalant, but here we had Axel and his partner who were absolutely lovely, incredibly friendly, and I'd even say quite the chatterboxes! 🤌🏻 I highly recommend them. They have a great approach to customer service and make you want to come back! 🙌🏻💪🏻
