I'm giving 3 stars because I've been a loyal customer for years. I love their food, which is good. However, the service is more than disappointing. I order an hour in advance, and even then, I often get my order late because the cook forgets to start the order or something. It's not just once or twice, but many times. Even when the order is ready, they manage to forget and make you wait unnecessarily. I can understand sometimes being busy, but even when it's quiet, the order arrives late; it's a bit much. You make good food, but the organization really needs to be reviewed, especially order taking, order preparation, etc. Hire someone motivated to manage their orders.

Very generous pizza and a warm welcome. The only slight downside: the dining area wasn't very clean and there were ants.

Their pizzas are delicious and the owner is a respectable man.
