Great burgers and good fries, but the cups were wet, you had to ask for a napkin one by one, and worst of all, it wasn't heated—we had to eat with our coats on. A friend made the same comment to me in the middle of winter; it's really not normal.

Orders are placed via a touchscreen, and you're notified by a beep to pick them up at the counter. It's a shame the burger buns had absorbed the smell of previous batches being cooked. Overall, the product offers nothing more than competing fast-food chains. The fries, cut into matchsticks, have the texture of fresh fries. There was no soap available in the restrooms. This meal was eaten late in the evening.

A significant improvement!
This summer I was disappointed by the declining quality, the smaller burgers, and the overworked staff... But today, December 29th, 2025, nothing to complain about: top quality, top burgers, fast and reliable service!

Excellent. I recommend the guacamole burger, it's delicious. The cheddar fries are fantastic. It's nothing like the two big burger chains.
Update 2025: Since moving to Food Village, it's completely different. The dining room is too bland. The staff isn't friendly. The food is lukewarm. You have to order at a table with the sun in your face.
I won't be going back.

I came to eat at this restaurant for the first time on Friday evening, December 5th, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers and the friendliness of the staff. The only slight downside was that the fries were a little soggy, but that didn't stop us from having a very enjoyable time.
We were able to pick up our milkshakes after our meal. They were nice and fresh, and the staff were, once again, very friendly.
I highly recommend it.
