Our second visit to this high-quality establishment. A charming gourmet restaurant in the heart of the village of Mougins. The welcome was excellent and the service impeccable. Original, colorful dishes with perfectly balanced flavors and exquisite seasonings. Everything was perfect, right down to the homemade bread. It's easily our favorite gourmet restaurant in the region. If we had to find something to criticize, we would have preferred the vanilla cream in the mille-feuille to be less sweet. We will gladly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for this excellent and refined experience.

A delightful stop in old Mougins. I visited and was immediately captivated by the place. Ideally located in the heart of the village, the establishment has an authentic charm and an elegant, unpretentious atmosphere. A place that perfectly embodies the spirit of Mougins.

Simply amazing food and presentation. Very artistic. They also do accommodate vegetarians, which was great. There is a main parking lot by which you can access and just walk up a little bit to the restaurant.

My partner and I came for lunch and had a wonderful time! The welcome was very warm upon arrival, and we were quickly seated on the terrace thanks to our reservation. We opted for the lunch menu, which was absolutely delicious. A truly lovely experience that we highly recommend!

A truly wonderful experience! From the moment we walked into Mougins, which is picture perfect, and the restaurant, everything was a delight. The lovely host on arrival, our waiter with the best moustache in France was super friendly and knowledgeable, as was the sommelier who helped us pair with all the dishes. And the food itself was gorgeous - really inventive and tasty, a true culinary treat with some surprise courses thrown in. Meeting Chef Denis afterwards just sealed the evening perfectly - thank you so much to all at La Place de Mougins, we really recommend to anyone visiting!

08/07/2026: The food was very good, the atmosphere and location were fantastic, as was the service.
07/07/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. A bit pricey, but justified. I had the duck breast with truffle mashed potatoes. My partner had the steak tartare and a revisited mille-feuille for dessert, and her mother had the beef stew... The dessert, the ice cream with the little whisk and the cookie, was amazing!! I highly recommend it.

Restaurant Le Candille

07/06/2026: A truly delightful and relaxing experience at Mas Candille. The setting is absolutely sublime: elegant and refined, yet never stuffy. The welcome is warm and attentive, immediately contributing to the serene atmosphere. Lunch by the pool was a real treat, with dishes as flavorful as they were delicate: zucchini blossoms, perfectly cooked John Dory, and red berries for dessert. The spa is a haven of peace: a heated pool at 26 degrees Celsius, a hammam, a sauna, and sun loungers invite you to completely disconnect. As for the massage, it was simply divine, providing a profound sense of well-being and relaxation. An enchanting, timeless interlude from which you emerge completely refreshed. €250 per person for the all-inclusive package, which I highly recommend.
01/06/2026: We had an incredible experience at the Spa in the expert hands of Octavie and Camille, a relaxing and timeless moment!!!
