Subway sur Les Pennes-Mirabeau

This is a clean and very hygienic Subway. I have several good points to mention and only one bad one; I'll start with the good. The worker with the black eye makeup and red hair dye is extremely competent, smiling, and energetic—a superb employee. The other workers, men and women, that I saw during the three consecutive days I came were also very competent, smiling, and energetic. The sandwiches are very good, as always, and even keeping one in the fridge to reheat later, it remains extremely good and doesn't upset your stomach. The dining area is clean and well-maintained. Now, the only negative point: I encountered a very friendly employee, no problem there. However, when I ordered the shredded cheese and the sweet and savory chicken, she measured out the ingredients drop by drop; there was literally a thin stream, thinner than my finger, in the sandwich. I didn't want to mention it to her so as not to embarrass her in front of the other customers, but she was the only server who served me such a light sandwich with so little meat and cheese, while all the other servers filled mine quite generously. I always get two because I have a huge appetite and I love Subway. So, keep up the good work, it's already great.

3 subs for 31 euros without drinks or dessert or anything else is expensive, very expensive indeed, I thought they put gold glitter inside lol apart from that, decent sandwich, respectful atmosphere, young staff who seem new so in training I suppose, everyone is doing their best to satisfy the customers!

We were very well received by a gentleman who was very professional and friendly. He followed our requests and served us very well.

We arrived at 7:50 pm on a weekend evening and only 2 out of 5 types of bread were left. There were no more waffle fries, rösti, or any other type of potato dish. When I asked why, they told us, "You should have come at 11:00 am!"... For dessert, my son wanted a brookie or a footlong, but there were only 2 classic cookies left, practically fighting over the last few, and only one flavor of yogurt! Frankly, we were disappointed by this fast-food place, which we used to really like...

This is the third time I've been to Subway Plan de Campagne since they reopened. The first time, they only offered takeout. The second time, I ate in with my adorable grandson. The third time, I ate in with a friend. We appreciated the warm welcome and the helpful suggestions when choosing our order. It's delicious! Thank you to the team, whom I've always found very friendly. If the customers are respectful, everything goes smoothly. However, when I saw people raising their voices, showing impatience, or trying to cut in line, it's perfectly understandable that they were asked to calm down at the counter. Best Subway in Bouches-du-Rhône, I really don't mince my words. The service is incredible, they really make sure the sandwich is perfect, and they're not cheapskates like the Subway in Vitrolles. Plus, it's renovated, the restaurant is great and really clean. I definitely recommend it 1000%. And the manager deserves a raise because I've been coming here for years, and he really manages things with professionalism and incredible expertise! Thank you again so much!! ❤️
