Honestly, Youssef is a helpful person who listens to the customer, is very professional, and it's a pleasure to come to the Subway in La Valentine.

I eat at this Subway very often; the staff is superb, kind, and always smiling. However, I went there today, February 5th, and encountered a truly unpleasant employee I'd never seen before—a young, dark-haired man with a beard. He didn't smile, you couldn't hear him speak, and he just threw the food into the takeout bag. I was really disappointed and disgusted to be served by people who have no respect for their customers. Apart from him, the entire team is great!

Sihem and Cad are excellent at providing service, very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend them.
