The food is always excellent, and the staff are very friendly and smiling. A big thank you to Rida for his professionalism and good humor, despite the fact that he was managing the shop alone during my visit. Best of luck to the whole team at the Bordeaux tram stop "Les Hangars".

The sandwich was excellent, we loved it. The welcome was warm: Theresia was lovely, attentive, smiling, and welcoming. A big thank you to her! We highly recommend this restaurant!

13/06/2026: This little minced steak and fries with pepper sauce was a real treat! Tomorrow I'll go to Hippopotamus to see if they do it as well.
21/05/2026: Very disappointed… when I was younger, the food at Courtes Paille was good… the steak tartare wasn't hand-cut at all, the portion was small, and the bread wasn't fresh. The fries were minimal and the taste wasn't great. The staff was pleasant, though.
