I recently went to this Subway and had a great time. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There's a wide selection of ingredients, so you can really customize your sandwich to your liking. Plus, it's quite filling and definitely satisfying. 20/01/2026: Honestly, perhaps the best gravlax I've ever had. It almost made me forget that we waited 15 minutes before being served (but keep in mind we were the first customers, so let's forgive them). We ate upstairs, at the "gastronomic" menu. I ordered a quenelle lyonnaise, my first time having one in a restaurant. I can say I was perhaps expecting a more generous portion, but the porcini mushrooms were delicious, and I finished the bread with the sauce! Finally, the dessert, the chestnut cream, was divine. Honestly, a great experience right near the metro. However, I think it's still a bit pricey.
