We received a very warm welcome, the staff were excellent and attentive to customer satisfaction and requests. Clean and delicious. I have absolutely no complaints about this Subway, unlike some others where the welcome and service are so-so. I highly recommend it.

I just left this Subway across from Toulouse Matabiau train station, and I have to say the service is exceptional for a fast-food restaurant! The owners are absolutely charming. The portions are very generous, and they take the time to arrange the ingredients evenly to make the best possible sandwich, all with a smile. As independent owners, they aim to provide the experience of a traditional restaurant in a fast-food setting, and they've succeeded!

Pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the service, and the friendliness of the staff. I would classify this establishment as "a restaurant that makes sandwiches" and not in the fast-food category. They take their time with each sandwich and are happy to advise you on recipes. Honestly, well done! They want you to eat well. Not quickly.
