Subway sur Vitrolles

The delivery was poor, the wait was too long for a meatless sandwich. Following the instructions is complicated, from what I can see.

No complaints about the products. However, the staff... I don't know if it's like this every day, but one employee seemed to have her "selliuoc" (a slang term for a very unreasonable or unpleasant person) and she didn't hesitate to let you know it! She sighed, grumbled, and rushed through the order, barely having touched the payment terminal before giving you a curt "goodbye." The other two were alright, nothing more, although I wasn't given much time to properly look at the menu since there was no one behind me (I'm not a regular), but smiles were definitely not the order of the day in this team. As for the atmosphere in the restaurant, well, there was none. No music, it was cold (despite the heatwave outside), so much so that I preferred to eat in the shopping center. It won't stop me from going back, but I don't think I'll eat there, and I hope this comment will be taken into account.

Three wonderful people, very kind and patient. They took the time to explain things to someone unfamiliar with the restaurant. They were very attentive and incredibly friendly. Thank you so much to all three of you on June 25th, 2026 at lunchtime.

We were served this Thursday morning by a very pleasant and professional lady who kindly advised us. Everything was perfect, we will gladly return. I highly recommend it!

For a quick meal, a hot or cold sandwich is fine.
