Good, quick service despite the crowd. Plenty of seating. Interesting loyalty program. Good choice of protein or vegetables. The new Korean chicken is nice. Good price (€6) for the daily sub 30, but be sure to mention it at the register to avoid paying full price.

17/03/2026: La Liberté is a very good brasserie. We went there as a family recently and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The menu features classic bistro dishes and French cuisine. The portions are generous. The prices are reasonable and the service is efficient. Our waiter, Tintin, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this brasserie. However, be aware that it is a brasserie, which means it can be noisy.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the front-of-house team manages the service with remarkable efficiency and good humor. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home. A special mention for Adrien, who made our meal all the more enjoyable thanks to his professionalism and impeccable timing. An excellent, authentic spot that I highly recommend.
