Before getting to the ham, we had to eat in such a way as to obtain as much satisfaction as possible. So we went to the Anglet subway to customize our sandwiches. We were warmly welcomed in a huge subway around noon. Yum-yum! We are told. A waitress who was as friendly as she was cute helped us make our sandwiches.
