05/04/2026: It's good, but too sweet, which is a shame!

03/04/2026: We shared a delicious and, above all, enriching moment with Elsa and Hugues, who were very patient and excellent teachers. I was a little apprehensive about the "class" format, but it turned out to be very enjoyable and intimate. We were able to watch them make three pastries: a vanilla hazelnut tart, a strawberry pavlova, and chocolate cream puffs. Everything was perfect, and we hope to participate in another masterclass very soon! Thank you both and the Michalak team. You've confirmed my desire to learn more and, perhaps, even take the plunge into a career change...
