Subway sur Pont-Sainte-Marie

The manager arrived just as an employee was making my sandwich on their first day. She lit it up in front of us, claiming it wasn't made correctly, which was untrue; it was perfectly fine, just like the two others made by their colleague. The manager was even more rude when she told us that if they did that to every customer, they wouldn't make any money on the sandwiches! That's quite inappropriate, in my opinion. The poor employee, trying to prove themselves, got reprimanded right in the middle of his shift. As for me, my 30-cent sub was exactly the same as my partner's, no better, no worse. On the other hand, don't go to the restrooms; they're dirty, there's no soap, and the hand dryer doesn't work, nor does the soda fountain. The manager would do better to focus her frustration on maintaining the facilities for her customers and also remember to display the prices of ALL the subs correctly... We won't be going back.

Everything was perfect, clean, and above all, the welcome was superb! More than satisfied.
