Subway sur Pont-Sainte-Marie

I've been coming here very often for a little over a year because I work nearby and I've never had a problem. The blonde waitress and the boss are always very friendly and professional. The quality of the products is more than adequate and above all I would like to highlight the speed of the entire team! Even when there are people I wait less than when I go to McDonald's in the middle of the afternoon! Well done! And see you soon 👌🏻

Very good and original sandwiches and breads but the tables are not always cleaned. Staff available

Very disappointed with this subway! I always take the same recipe for subway melt, and they always gave me 4 slices of turkey (at Nancy's) but this time it was only 2. Considering the price of the menu, what a joke! While the person after me who took the same recipe had 4 slices and had more bacon. We ask for Italian bread, we end up with wholemeal bread. And we want to use our loyalty points for 2 snacks, and there surprise at the checkout we can only have the advantage for one. And then I ask to take the 500 pts snacking and not the 200 pts, and it is supposedly impossible. In short, you might as well go to the McDonald's across the street

Un bon sandwich mais... ➕ Grand sandwich de 30 centimètres, avec des choix diverses et variées et surtout selon vos choix. Grande salle, parking devant avec le concurrent, l'endroit est plutôt propre. ➖ La serveuse est "moux" au sens où elle n'a aucune réactivité par rapport à des problèmes tel que la machine à boissons ou même pour prendre les commandes. Les sandwichs en menu sont beaucoup trop chères. 30euros 2 menus en 30cm et un menu enfant. Mais, nous reviendrons sûrement

Pour un fast food cher quand même

Experience mitigée... Aucun client devant nous lors de notre commande et pourtant la confection de nos sandwich s'est avérée longue et quelque peu laborieuse. Je conçois que la personne puisse être en formation, mais ses collègues, compte tenu de l'absence d'autres clients, auraient pu l'aider pour éviter de rendre l'expérience client moins agréable. Sandwich très peu fournis, si je compare à d'autre restaurant de la chaîne bien plus généreux (une seule dose de viande dans le wrap, mais une dose remplie à moitié, 2 rondelles de concombre... Mais une dose de sauce hors norme pour la taille du wrap). En soit, c'était bon, mais gâché par un gros manque de quantité. Dommage
