Subway sur Toulouse

We had lunch at the Subway in Balma Gramont, inside the Auchan shopping center in Toulouse. The two Black women there are always so friendly. The food is excellent. The counter is clean, and the vegetables are fresh and crisp. However, today I found the attitude of the only man present, along with the women, very disappointing. There was an oven malfunction that delayed two men ahead of us and us (two women). For some reason, for the same problem and the same wait, the Subway employee gave the two men ahead of us a 50% discount, while we only got 30% off, despite the same long wait. Maybe he had some friends... Anyway, I hate this kind of attitude.

We came to eat with my partner and son, and the saleswoman Clessy is simply incredible! Smiling and lovely, she takes such good care of her customers. It's rare to find someone so exceptional with their customers, especially in this type of business. Keep her! Help her grow; she truly deserves it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Subway and I would especially like to thank Clessie for her kindness, warm welcome, and professionalism. She was absolutely lovely!
