Truly the best cookies in Bourges

We came to eat in this lunchtime and were very warmly welcomed by the two young men there. They were particularly kind, respectful, and professional, which is unfortunately quite rare these days. The explanations about the sandwich ingredients were clear, simple, and effective. The staff is friendly and pleasant, which makes for a very enjoyable experience. However, a major drawback concerns the coffee. The espresso offered is very bitter and has practically no flavor. For €1.80, it would be better to go elsewhere and have it at home. This is clearly something that needs to be addressed to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the service.

What exquisite sensations in my mouth! Their professionalism makes me want to eat everything even more, especially Tyte, the owner, whose kindness knows no bounds. I highly recommend this place.
