Very welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, nothing to complain about, perfect!

During my visit to Toulon, I didn't like this one. The taste of the meat was poor, and the cleanliness was average.

I wanted to leave this review because my visit to this Subway was extraordinary, and that's entirely thanks to the young woman and man who took such good care of my family and me. It's rare to see such dedication these days. Here's what made the difference: A fantastic welcome: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile and incredibly positive energy. Attention to detail: They prepared the sandwiches after explaining the concept to the children, and the different ingredients were prepared with meticulous precision (no lettuce spilled everywhere, everything was perfectly distributed!). Thanks to this, the children didn't get messy. My salad was made with great care. Efficiency and politeness: Despite the busy customer traffic, they remained calm, professional, and exceptionally polite. This is a real asset to the establishment. You can tell these young employees are eager to do a good job, and that makes all the difference to the customer experience. I'll definitely be back! Thank you to them.

The team is pleasant and cheerful. However, there's one jarring element, like something out of Asterix's village: the cashier with the thick glasses. One might question her choice of retail work, given her lack of friendliness and warmth. Perhaps a career change is in order.
