For me one of the best in Rouen. It's fresh and the salmon is not fatty. I've been going there since it opened quite a few years ago now.

It's always a pleasure to come and eat at this restaurant. The fish is fresh and tasty, the rice is well seasoned, the rice-fish ratio is very correct. Always a treat.

17/09/2024: We've had the Hokkaido menu several times now, and what a delight! The chef is very talented, everything is delicious, from fish to meat. Today the chef wasn't there, it was someone else and it was also delicious. Well done
