SUPU RAMEN "Augustins" sur Paris

We had a lovely evening at Augustin Marchand d’Vins celebrating our anniversary. Great service by the owner, intimate atmosphere, incredible food and amazing wines. It was everything we were looking for our last night in Paris. We can’t wait to go back!

A few tables, lots of bottles. A red neon sign in the window. One wine-savvy waiter and a talented chef. Both young, friendly, and dedicated. A very short menu, and that evening, a divine seven-hour lamb. We left delighted.

An intimate setting with a magnificent wine list. All the dishes and tapas meant for sharing are excellent, made with top-quality ingredients. But the prices are outrageous. You leave both captivated by the flavors and textures and stunned by the prices. But as they say, "quality has no price." For savoring hidden gems in a calm, welcoming atmosphere with excellent advice, this is the perfect place.

This is everything you want in a dinning experience. My favorite restaurant in Paris. Food and wine blew me away and the service was the cherry on top.

We had a spectacular evening here. We knew it had an extensive and varied wine selection going in, so we gave our servers some general parameters and asked for their best advice. The result was a wonderful wine, accompanied by an enjoyable meal, including the delicious fig leaf-wrapped and stuffed cheese. Mon Dieu!
