I think the taste is good, fresh produce and all, but(!!!) only half of the entire focaccia is filled, the middle, for the effect when cutting. but sometimes even this one lacks garnish Why don't you reduce the size so that you have a fully filled sandwich? I add photos

I'm quite disappointed, given the reviews I was expecting something great but the taste wasn't incredible and I find it a bit stingy with the quantities, only one spoonful of stratiatella in the middle which means the edges are dry it's really a shame. On the other hand, the products are fresh. I may have been wrong given the rest of the reviews and the photos of the foccacia which look more filling

Je désespérais de trouver une foccacia de qualité à Paris jusqu'à ce que je goute à celles de Novettino, gourmande, croustillante, fondante ! Les ingrédients sont succulents car de qualité et ça change tout... Enfin l'impression de ne pas être pris pour un pigeon. Le prix est vraiment très correct par rapport à d'autres établissements. Elles sont peut être un tout petit peu petite pour les gros mangeurs mais ils ne lésinent pas sur la quantité des produits, c'est vraiment très généreusement garnie. Et tout ça avec le sourire, que demander de plus ? Merci!
